1. Why do you suppose Christians are attracted to charismatic leaders with little substance rather than leaders who disciple and convict?
Would people in your church rather have a good, charismatic pastor who makes them feel happy and motivates but does not teach well, or a pastor who is a great teacher and convicts and challenges people but has a less than desirable personality? Who would Christ rather have leading your church? Why?
